1. Appearance quality

The film thickness of anodized aluminum is classified into AA10, AA15, AA20 and AA25, and the film thickness of electrophoretic painted aluminum is classified into A.B.S The minimum local thickness of the coating on the decorative surface of powder sprayed aluminum is ≥40um, and the coating thickness on the decorative surface of fluorocarbon painted aluminum has different requirements due to different coating types. The average film thickness of the second coating is ≥30um, the average film thickness of the third coating is ≥40um and the average film thickness of the fourth coating is ≥ 60um.

4. Chemical composition and mechanical properties

The chemical composition, mechanical properties and technical parameters of aluminum alloy profiles are different in different brands and supply States, and customers should check them one by one according to the standards (contracts).

5. Color and chromatic aberration

There are differences in color and color difference between alloys with different brands and supply States. It is suggested that the influence of color and color difference inconsistency on building structure should be fully considered when choosing alloy brand and supply state.

6. Salt spray corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, mortar resistance, etc.
