Characteristics and installation precautions of high temperature pressure gauge
The high-temperature pressure gauge adopts a new process of non-soldering, which is suitable for measuring the pressure of high-temperature medium with no corrosive effect on carbon steel and copper alloy, and the measured medium is ≤260℃.
On the basis of high-temperature pressure gauge, a stainless steel isolation radiator is installed, and the isolation liquid is filled inside, and the measured medium temperature can reach ≤450℃. It mainly measures the steam pressure of high temperature and high pressure, which is suitable for oil exploitation and hot industry. High temperature pressure gauge, all parts are made of stainless steel, and the pressure guiding system adopts special welding process. The high-temperature pressure gauge has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for corrosive medium and tin brazing process, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, pesticide, rubber, natural gas and other industrial departments. It is mainly used to measure the pressure of high viscosity and easy to crystallize substances.
High temperature resistant pressure gauges are mainly used in papermaking and chemical fiber industries.
Precautions for installation of high-temperature pressure gauge:
(1) When installing the high-temperature pressure gauge, choose the pipe section where the measured medium flows in a straight line, and don't choose the pipe bend, bifurcation, dead corner or other places that are easy to form vortex.
(2) When measuring the pressure of the flowing medium, the high-temperature pressure gauge should make the pressure point perpendicular to the flowing direction, and remove the burr of the drilling hole.
(3) When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure taking point should be at the lower part of the pipeline, so that gas does not accumulate in the pressure guide pipe; when measuring gas, the pressure taking point should be above the pipeline, so that liquid does not accumulate in the pressure guide pipe.
How to determine the cause of pressure gauge failure
First, the pressure gauge has no indication.
Reasons:
1. The cut-off valve on the pressure guide pipe is not opened;
2. The pressure guide pipe is blocked;
3. Too much dirt in the spring pipe joint is blocked;
4. The spring tube is cracked; 5. The central teeth and the sector teeth are worn too much to mesh.
Second, the pointer jitter is large.
Reasons: 1. The measured medium pressure is high;
2. The installation position of the pressure gauge vibrates greatly.
Three, the pressure gauge pointer has a beating or dull phenomenon.
Reasons: 1. There is friction between the pointer and the surface glass or scale;
2. The central gear shaft is bent;
3. The two gears are meshed with dirt;
4. The movable screw between the connecting rod and the sector gear is not flexible.
Four, after the pressure is removed, the pointer can't return to zero.
Reasons: 1. The pointer is bent; 2. Short hairspring force; 3, the pointer is loose; 4. The transmission gear has friction.
5. Uneven pressure indication error.
Reasons: 1. The spring tube is deformed and failed;
2. The transmission ratio between the free end of the spring tube and the sector gear and connecting rod is improperly adjusted.
Sixth, the transmission ratio is out of balance.
Seven, the instructions are low.
Reasons: 1. The transmission ratio is out of balance; 2. There is leakage in the spring tube; 3. The pointer or transmission mechanism has friction; 4. There is leakage in the pressure guide pipeline.
Eight, the pointer can't indicate the upper scale.
Reasons: 1. The transmission ratio is small; 2. The movement is improperly fixed on the base; 3. Improper welding position of the spring tube.
