Description of installation knowledge of alloy aluminum curtain wall

In the installation process, the plate edging around the hole should be completed first to ensure the overlap with the window and the vertical and horizontal accuracy. During the installation of aluminum alloy plates, problems such as vertical deviation, plate processing error and frame deformation can be adjusted by two adjacent plates.


During the construction of aluminum curtain wall, it happened that the vertical drainage pipeline exposed according to the design requirements has not been constructed yet, but the aluminum plate has been installed (only the installed aluminum plate can be removed and installed after the buried wall connector is installed). Therefore, in the installation process, we must pay attention to the close cooperation with the general contractor's drainage pipeline installation unit. After the fittings anchored in the wall are installed, measure the spacing between the fittings, and then make holes in the alloy aluminum plate and install them.


Effect of deck coating on corrosion resistance of alloy aluminum plate

Aluminum alloy is a kind of active metal material, which is easy to oxidize in air to form a dense and stable chloride film, which has a good protective effect on the aluminum alloy substrate. When the oxide film is damaged, as long as there is enough oxygen, the oxide film can heal itself. However, if the surface of aluminum alloy contains positive impurities, such as copper and iron, the stability of its oxide film will decrease, which will directly affect the service life of the material. However, when the surface of aluminum alloy is coated with deck coating system and used in seawater environment, the deck coating system will have different effects on the corrosion of aluminum alloy substrate due to the infiltration of water molecules and their ions and the decrease of the physical barrier ability of the coating. The corrosion of aluminum alloy substrate will be affected by the coating thickness, coating porosity and the types and quantities of ions in the infiltration solution. Some researchers studied the influence of two kinds of deck coating systems on the corrosion performance of 5083 alloy aluminum plate by electrochemical method, and reached the following conclusions:


1. From the AC impedance spectrum, the values of CPEc, the equivalent component of coating capacitance of two kinds of artificially damaged deck coating samples, and Cpedlp, the equivalent component of total electric double layer capacitance at the interface of metal solution at the damaged hole, have little change with time. The values of coating resistance R of two kinds of artificially damaged deck coatings decreased rapidly at first, and then gradually became constant without obvious change. The change trend of coating resistance R of samples J1x and 2x with time is basically the same, and the values of them are not much different.


2. From the open circuit potential f, the complete deck coating samples (JIw and 2w) behave differently from the artificially damaged deck coating samples (Jx and J2x). Generally speaking, the open-circuit potential of the former fluctuated slightly at the initial stage of soaking, but the changing trend was consistent. Then, the open-circuit potential suddenly moved negatively to the open-circuit potential of 5083 aluminum alloy bare plate sample A when the soaking time was about 35d and 25d respectively, and then gradually moved positively: at 90, the open-circuit potential of Jlw quickly moved negatively to the potential of 5083 aluminum alloy bare plate sample A again, and remained basically consistent with it since then: the open-circuit potential of J2w also moved negatively at 105d, but it was always higher than that of 5083 aluminum alloy bare plate sample A. At the beginning of immersion, the open circuit potentials of J1x and J2x are close to those of sample A of 5083 aluminum alloy plate. With the extension of immersion time, the open circuit potentials of J1x and J2x are basically the same, but both of them are slightly more positive than those of sample A of 5083 aluminum alloy plate.


3. According to the AC impedance spectrum, the coating capacitance CPEc of two kinds of complete deck coating samples is in the same order of magnitude, indicating that the coating capacitance of each sample has not changed significantly at this time. The coating resistance R of two kinds of complete deck coatings decreased gradually with the extension of soaking time, indicating that the physical barrier ability of the coatings decreased gradually. Generally speaking, with the extension of soaking time, the decreasing trend of coating resistance of samples Jw and J2w is basically the same, but the coating resistance of sample Jw is always slightly larger than that of sample J2w.
