How to correctly check the problems in the measurement part of capacitive pressure transmitter

The pressure transmitter mainly consists of three parts: pressure sensor (also called pressure sensor), measuring circuit and process connector. It can convert the physical pressure parameters such as gas and liquid sensed by the pressure sensor into standard electrical signals (such as 4~20mADC, etc.), which can be supplied to secondary instruments such as indicator alarm, recorder and regulator for measurement, indication and process adjustment.

Faults in the measuring part of the transmitter will cause no output or abnormal output of the transmitter, so the measuring sensitive parts of the transmitter should be checked first.

1. Remove the flange and check whether there is deformation, damage and oil leakage on the isolation diaphragm of sensitive parts.

2. Remove the compensation board, and check the insulation resistance of the plug for the shell without taking out the sensitive parts. The insulation resistance should not be less than 100MΩ when the voltage does not exceed 100 V..

3. Connect the circuit and gas circuit. When the pressure signal is the upper limit of the range, turn off the gas source, and the output voltage and reading value should be stable. If the output voltage drops, it means that the transmitter is leaking, and the leaking part can be checked with soapy water.

The installation of hydraulic oil pressure transmitter should pay attention to six requirements.

Hydraulic oil pressure transmitter is the most commonly used sensor in industrial practice, which is widely used in various industrial automatic control environments, involving water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automatic control petrochemical, oil wells, electric power, ships, machine tools, pipelines and many other industries.

Hydraulic oil pressure transmitter

1. Please read the product instruction carefully before installation and check the relevant information of the product.

2. The pressure transmitter should be installed in a ventilated, dry, corrosion-free and cool place. If it is installed in the open air, a protective cover should be added to avoid sunlight and rain, so as to avoid the transmitter's performance degradation or failure.

3. The hydraulic oil pressure transmitter is a precision instrument. Avoid strong impact and beating when installing.

4. Connect correctly according to the wiring diagram.

5, pay attention to protect the pressure transmitter cable. When used in industrial field, it is recommended to use metal pipe for protection or overhead. Do not loosen the sealing nut at the cable lead-out end to prevent moisture from entering.

6, clean the pressure transmitter pressure interface and pressure hole, should use trichloroethylene or alcohol into the pressure hole, and gently shake, and then pour out the liquid, so many times. It is forbidden to use any instrument to extend into the pressure hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core.
