Stainless steel shock-resistant watch, the medium added inside the watch case is 500 silicone oil, which is not easy to deteriorate when it is in contact with air for a long time at 150℃. When it is in contact with oxygen chlorine at 200℃, its oxidation is also slow. Its service temperature can reach 200℃, its condensation point is -5℃, its viscosity is relatively high, and it has excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation function, and it can also resist moisture and water.


Most other units choose glycerin or transformer oil, mainly because of the price factor. For the shock-resistant pressure gauges produced by general pressure gauge units, the instrument joint is fixed outside the instrument case with screws, and three screws are three leakage points. We fix the instrument joint inside the instrument case. First, check before installation


A, whether the pressure of the monitored point will exceed the measuring range of the instrument; If it is exceeded, please replace the instrument with appropriate range.


B, whether the pressure of the detected point has instantaneous impact, if so, please pretend to be a buffer.


C, whether the measured medium has high temperature (greater than 85℃); If the temperature is too high, please pretend to be a condenser or radiator.


D, the measured medium should be compatible with the strength and corrosion resistance of instrument shell materials.


E, whether the measured medium will block the pressure hole of the instrument; If possible, the shell should be customized.


Second, the installation method


A, in general, the instrument should be installed vertically to the horizontal direction, so as to facilitate observation;


B, the general standard pressure interface is M20×1.5 external thread, and it should be sealed with sealing gasket such as copper or PTFE when installation;


C, the instrument can be directly installed on the flange interface of the measuring pipeline. In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, a stop valve and a vent valve should be installed between the flange joint and the pipeline.


Third, matters needing attention


A, don't poke the pressure hole with sharp objects or hard objects, and don't press the diaphragm with your hands, which will damage the diaphragm or cause the diaphragm to deform for a long time.


B when the ambient temperature exceeds the product standard, on-site protective measures should be taken to prevent the LCD from being damaged.


C, when installing the instrument, it is necessary to close the stop valve and open the vent valve at the same time, so as to avoid damage to the sensor of the instrument due to excessive pressure caused by pressure holding.


D, if 80℃ or less medium temperature 100℃ or less, should be equipped with condenser tube.


E, when installing the differential pressure gauge, please pay attention to check the high-voltage end and low-voltage end, so as not to damage the sensor.


F, users are not allowed to open the instrument at will, and replace components.


G. Do not change the battery or charge it at will.
