Installation essentials of stainless steel earthquake-resistant table


1. The application environment temperature of the instrument is -40~70℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If it deviates from the normal application temperature by 20 5℃, the additional temperature error shall be included.


2. The instrument should be installed vertically, and strive to keep the same level with the measuring point. If the difference is too high, it is included in the additional error caused by the liquid column, so it is unnecessary to consider when measuring gas. When installing, block the explosion-proof port at the back of the case to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.


3. The measuring range of normal application of the instrument: it shall not exceed 3/4 of the upper measuring limit under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper measuring limit under bumps. Under the above two pressure conditions, the low zui measured by a large pressure gauge should not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part should be used in all applications when measuring vacuum.


4. During application, if the instrument pointer fails or the internal parts are loose and can't work normally, it should be overhauled or repaired by the manufacturer.


5. The instrument should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.

6. When ordering, please indicate: instrument model and title; Measuring range of the instrument; The accuracy grade of the instrument deviates from the requirements of positive packaging and others.


7. Make special design according to user's application requirements.


8. Before installation, check whether the model, specification and precision grade of the instrument meet the application requirements of the instrument. Check whether the joint thread of the instrument is consistent with the installed female thread.


9. The pressure gauge should be installed vertically, and the inclination is generally not more than 30, and strive to keep the same level with the measuring point, so as to avoid the indication error.


10. After installation, under the condition of no pressure, observe whether the pointer is at zero or close to the plate to stop the nail, otherwise it is not suitable for application.


11. When measuring steam pressure, the lower end of the pressure gauge should be equipped with a ring tube. In application, there is water to transmit steam pressure, so as to avoid high-temperature steam rushing into the spring tube, affecting the accuracy of the instrument, or inadvertently melting the solder, causing leakage detection of the instrument, accidents or scalding/wounding.


Anti-corrosion method of stainless steel pressure gauge


1. Diaphragm pressure gauge can be used. At present, there are molybdenum, titanium and tantalum sheets, and methyl silicone oil is used to transmit pressure between the diaphragm and ballistic tube. If the diaphragm material is not resistant to corrosion, a layer of (perfluoroethylene propylene) diaphragm can be added, but the sensitive bottom of the instrument is reduced. It can also be directly used as an isolation diaphragm, but attention should be paid to the permeability of the medium. Fluorine oil can be selected as the transfer liquid, which can play a double isolation role.


2. For general etching media, if the stainless steel spring tube can resist etching for 1 ~ 2 years, it can be used as an ammonia pressure gauge. When installing, the pressure guide tube should be short, and the buffer coil should be replaced with a buffer tank to prevent impurity blockage.


3. If the medium corrodes stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be replaced by an isolation tank, and corrosion-resistant isolation liquid can be added. The type of barrier and liquid can be selected according to the properties of the tested medium, but it is better to use it for more than half a year without deterioration. If the common isolation liquid is not suitable, fluorine chlorine oil can be used as isolation liquid, but the price is very expensive, so the isolation tank should be made small, and the fluorine oil should be recovered and reused when disassembling.


How to choose diaphragm pressure gauge correctly.

Diaphragm pressure gauge refers to a pressure gauge with metal corrugated diaphragm as elastic element. Under the pressure, the measured working medium directly acts on the elastic diaphragm, and the diaphragm elastically deforms upward (measuring positive pressure) or downward (measuring negative pressure), and the gear shaft of the movement is driven to rotate by the connecting rod mechanism fixed in the center of the diaphragm, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.

1. When it is used to measure the pressure of non-corrosive medium to copper and copper alloy, the temperature of the medium is in the range of -25℃~55℃, and the diaphragm material can be copper alloy.


2. When used to measure the pressure of a corrosive medium, the appropriate stainless steel material should be selected according to the corrosiveness of the medium.


3. When used to measure the pressure of strong corrosive medium, stainless steel PTFE material can be selected.

Second, the determination of precision grade of diaphragm pressure gauge:


The accuracy grade of diaphragm pressure gauge reflects the accuracy of the indication value approaching the real value when the measured meter is compared with the standard.


Accuracy of diaphragm pressure gauge = Z big basic error absolute/right/value ÷ upper limit ratio of measurement ×100.0%.


The commonly used precision grade series of diaphragm pressure gauges are: 1.6; Level 2.5.


The method of selecting the accuracy grade of pressure gauge: the accuracy grade should be determined according to the requirements of production technology, economy and practicality, detection method and the allowable error required by the small value of measured pressure Z.

The range series of diaphragm pressure gauges are:


1) -0.1~0; -0.1~0.06; -0.1~0.15; -0.1~0.3; -0.1~0.5; -0.1~0.9; -0.1~1.5; -0.1~2.4; 0~0.16; 0~0.25; 0~0.4; 0~0.6; 0~1.0; 0~1.60~2.5; 0~4.0; 0~6.0; 0~10; 0~16 ; 0~25; 0~40; 0~60Mpa;


2)0~1.6; 0~2.5; 0~4; 0~6; 0~10; 0~16; 0~25; 0~40; 0~60KPa, of course, negative pressure KPa can also be done.


1. When measuring the stable pressure, the working pressure of Z should not exceed 2/3 of the range.


2. When measuring the pulsating pressure, the working pressure of Z should not exceed 1/2 of the range.


3. When measuring high pressure, the working pressure of Z should not exceed 3/5 of the range.


4. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the Z small working pressure should be no less than 1/3 of the range. According to the above principles, after calculating a value according to the measured Z pressure, select a value slightly larger than this value from the range series of pressure gauges as the selected range.


Four, diaphragm pressure gauge dial diameter:


Nominal shell diameter (mm) series: φ 100 and φ 150;


In order to facilitate the staff to read the pressure gauge value, the dial diameter of the general pressure gauge should not be too small. If the pressure gauge is installed relatively high, or it is far away from the measurement site, then Z is better to choose a pressure gauge with a relatively large diameter.
