Structure principle of 1151 AP pressure transmitter;

The pressure of the medium to be measured is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm of the δ chamber (LT and DP/GP remote transmitter with 1199 means that the measured pressure is transmitted to the isolation diaphragm of the δ chamber through a primary isolation diaphragm and a fully sealed capillary system filled with silicone oil or fluorooil) and the filling oil therein. Except for the AP pressure transmitter, the other side of the measuring diaphragm is the vacuum reference point, and the other side of the measuring diaphragm of other varieties is either the atmospheric pressure or the low pressure side of the measured differential pressure. The measuring diaphragm is a pre-tensioned elastic element, and its displacement is directly proportional to the pressure of the measured medium, with the maximum displacement of only 0.10 mm. The position of the measuring diaphragm is detected by the capacitor fixed plates on both sides of it. The differential capacitance between the measuring diaphragm and the two capacitor fixed plates is linearly converted into a 4 ~ 20mADC two-wire current signal by the amplifier circuit.

Power consumption: only for l and m types. Under normal working conditions, the L type is 1.5mA and the M type is 2.0Ma.
