Main structure of pressure gauge

The pressure gauge displays the pressure through the elastic deformation of the sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, diaphragm and bellows) in the meter, and then the pressure deformation is transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement in the meter, which causes the pointer to rotate.

1. Overflow hole: In case of emergency when the Bourdon tube bursts, the internal pressure will be released to the outside through the overflow hole to prevent the glass panel from bursting. Note: In order to maintain the normal performance of the overflow hole, at least 10mm space should be left behind the table, and the overflow hole should not be modified or plugged.



2. Pointer: Besides the standard pointer, other pointers are optional.



3. Glass panel: In addition to standard glass, other special materials such as tempered glass and non-reflective glass are also optional.



4. Performance classification: ordinary type (standard), ordinary type for steam (M), heat-resistant type (H), vibration-resistant type (V), vibration-resistant type for steam (MV) and heat-resistant vibration-resistant type (HV).



5. Treatment method: oil-forbidden/water-forbidden treatment removes water or oil remaining in the liquid receiving part during manufacturing.



6. Designation of exterior decoration: In addition to the standard color, the shell color shall be specially indicated.



7. Throttle valve (optional): In order to reduce the pulsating pressure, the throttle valve is installed at the pressure inlet.



Attention to use


1. The instrument must be vertical: it should be tightened with a 17mm wrench during installation, and the case should not be forcibly twisted; Collision should be avoided during transportation;


2. The instrument should be used at the ambient temperature of-25 ~ 55℃;


3, using the working environment vibration frequency < 25HZ, amplitude is not more than 1 mm;


4. In use, because the ambient temperature is too high, the indicated value of the instrument does not return to zero or the indicated value is out of tolerance. You can cut off the sealing rubber plug at the upper part of the watch case to make the inner cavity of the instrument communicate with the atmosphere.


5. The application range of the instrument should be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the upper limit;


6. When measuring corrosive media, media that may crystallize and media with high viscosity, isolation devices should be added;


7, the instrument should be regularly checked (at least once every three months), such as fault should be repaired in time;


8. If the instrument fails or is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality under normal storage and use conditions within half a year from the date of delivery, the company shall be responsible for repairing or replacing it;


9. Instruments for measuring corrosive media are needed, and the requirements should be indicated when ordering.
