Four points for attention in the post-treatment process of aluminum profile oxidation:
(1) Hot water flushing. The purpose of hot water washing is to age the film. However, the water temperature and time should be strictly controlled. (4) Repair of nonconforming parts. Unqualified conductive oxide films should be picked out before drying and aging, because it is difficult to remove the film after drying and aging and will affect the roughness of the workpiece surface. The author has made some technical explorations on this problem, and through various method tests, it is found that the following methods are effective, simple and do not affect the surface quality of the workpiece. The specific process is as follows. First, the unqualified workpiece is clamped on the fixture for aluminum anodizing, and then the aluminum is anodized in sulfuric acid solution for 2 ~ 3min. When the film is soft and falls off, it can be anodized again after being slightly cleaned by alkali solution and exposed by nitric acid.
