Matters needing attention of diaphragm pressure gauge


1. After the daily work of diaphragm pressure gauge, the standard meter should not be left on the calibrator to prevent collision and vibration caused by zero change. The spring tube of standard instrument should be cleaned regularly to remove the dirty liquid brought by the instrument under test during calibration, and to prevent corrosion, which will affect the accuracy over time.


2. Each screw of diaphragm pressure gauge is not allowed to loosen. It is particularly important to tighten the screw for fixing the movement and the indicating adjustment screw. It should be noted that after the screw for fixing the movement is installed, the notch at the top for twisting should not be in the horizontal direction to avoid the hairspring being embedded.

3. Unqualified pressure instruments and stainless steel shock-resistant instruments should be degraded and used, and the accuracy grade marks should be changed.


4. Repair the paint-removed part, check whether the color of the gasket ring of the diaphragm pressure gauge meets the requirements of the medium used, wipe off the dirt on the dial and glass, and then install the shell.


5. After the shell is installed, the pressure gauge manufacturer should check whether the pointer shaft and pointer piece touch the glass, and then gently shake the meter body to listen for noise to avoid parts or sundries from entering.


6. Seal the device with a verification seal, and then remove the stainless steel pressure gauge from the connector of the calibrator and deliver it to use.

The case of ordinary stainless steel shock-resistant pressure gauge is fully enclosed, filled with damping liquid (usually glycerin or silicone oil) and equipped with a buffer mechanism to reduce the influence of severe environmental vibration and medium pulse on the indicated value of the instrument, and the indication of shock-resistant pressure gauge is stable and clear. Widely used in hydraulic machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining machinery, power equipment and other departments to measure the pressure of non-corrosive media for copper and copper alloys.


Ordinary stainless steel shock-resistant pressure gauges are suitable for occasions where the pressure of the medium to be measured has strong pulse change or pressure impact, and it is often unloaded suddenly in the production process, and the environment is shocked. The instrument can measure the average value of pulsating pressure of gas and liquid, so as to overcome the damage caused by strong pulse of medium and environmental vibration and ensure the accuracy of reading.

First, the appearance inspection


1. The visible part of the shock-resistant pressure gauge shall be free from obvious defects and scratches, and the thread of the joint shall be free from obvious burrs and damage.


2. The filling liquid in the watch case should be clean and transparent. The liquid level is 0.25 d ~ 0.3 d above the center of the case (D is the diameter of the instrument shell).


3, pressure gauge dial should have the following logo, manufacturer or trademark; Product name; The mark and number of the manufacturing license of measuring units and digital measuring instruments, and the vacuum meter should have the word "-"or "negative", the accuracy grade and the factory number.


4. In the reading part, the watch glass should be colorless and transparent, and there should be no defects that hinder reading. The dial should be smooth and bright, and all signs should be clearly identifiable.


5. The indicating end of the pointer should cover 1/3~2/3 of the length of the short graduation line, and the width of the indicating end of the pointer should not be greater than the width of the graduation line.


6. The accuracy levels are 1, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.


7. When there is no pressure or vacuum, the pointer of the zero-position pressure gauge with a stop pin should be close to the stop pin, and the "shrinkage" should not exceed the allowable error value specified in Table 1; When there is no pressure or vacuum, the pointer of the pressure gauge without stop pin should be in the zero mark, and the zero mark should not exceed 2 times the allowable error value specified in Table 1.


Second, the basic error verification


1. The allowable error value of the standard instrument shall not be greater than 1/4 of the allowable error value of the pressure gauge to be inspected.

3. Auxiliary equipment includes pressure calibrator and vacuum calibrator.


4. The environmental conditions are that the temperature is between 15℃ and 25℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. The ambient pressure is atmospheric pressure, and the pressure gauge should be allowed to stand for at least 2 hours before verification.


5. The working medium shall be a pressure gauge with a measuring upper limit of no more than 0.25MPA, and the working medium shall be clean air or gas with no/toxic, no/harmful and stable chemical properties. The lower limit of measurement is not greater than (0.25~250)MPA, and the working medium is non-corrosive liquid.


6. Take the scale line marked with numbers as the inspection point.


7. Methods: The instrument was compared with the standard instrument for inspection.
