Method of adjusting pressure transmitter

1. Looseness often occurs during installation. The transmitter is linked with the three-valve group, and the bolts should be tightened at the angle. Generally, they cannot be locked at one time. When installing the three-valve group, a sealed coil should be added.

2. Connect the manipulator correctly, set the transmitter content as required, and perform zero adjustment.

3. Set the function items of the calibrator. The calibrator should be cleared first, and the pressure pipeline should be connected well. At the same time, pay attention to the connection between the positive and negative electrodes and connect the standard resistor. Check the loop current.

4. Accuracy verification of differential pressure transmitter: put the fine-tuning valve in the middle position, close the cut-off valve and recheck valve, set the output pressure of the electric pressure test table, adjust the basic error (5 points upstream and 5 points downstream), and record the data in time.

5. For the operation of three-valve group: firstly, open the balance valve and the high-pressure valve correctly.

6. Equipment reset and arrangement: stop using the three-valve group, cut off the power, remove the loop connection and related equipment, start and close the pressure console, and open the cut-off valve and recheck valve.

7. Correctly calculate the error and return difference, correctly give the verification conclusion, correctly give the verification conclusion, and correctly handle the effective figures.

Steps of debugging pressure transmitter without output

1. Check whether the power supply of the differential pressure transmitter is connected backwards, and whether the positive and negative poles of the power supply are connected correctly.

2. Measure the power supply of the transmitter to see if there is a 24V DC voltage; The power supply voltage to the transmitter must be ≥12V (that is, the terminal voltage at the input of the transmitter's power supply is ≥12V). If there is no power supply, check whether the loop is broken, whether the detection instrument is selected incorrectly (the input impedance should be ≤250Ω) and so on.

3. If the pressure transmitter is equipped with a meter, it is necessary to check whether the meter is damaged (two wires of the meter can be short-circuited first, and if it is normal after short-circuiting, it means that the meter is damaged). If it is, it is necessary to change the meter.

4. If there is a problem with the differential pressure transmitter, connect the ammeter in series with the 24V power supply circuit to check whether the current is normal. If it is normal, it means that the transmitter is normal. At this time, check whether other instruments in the loop are normal.

5. Whether the power supply is connected to the power input end of the transmitter, and connect the power cord to the power connection port.

The steps of debugging pressure transmitter without output are basically the above situations.
