At the same time, rain-proof cloth shall be used to protect it from rain and moisture. Before installation, the quality of thermal insulation cotton must be checked. In the project where the wet cotton is forbidden to be used, double-layer thermal insulation cotton should be staggered and overlapped to ensure the overall tightness of thermal insulation layer and prevent the phenomenon of cold bridge.


Three, aluminum magnesium manganese plate in place:


According to the actual situation, reasonably arrange the hoisting equipment to hoist the aluminum magnesium manganese aluminum plate to the roof, and then the operator lifts the plate to the installation position, first check whether the small side of the front aluminum plate is fully buckled into the fixed seat, and then put it in place. When it is in place, first control the aluminum plate end line, and then press the lap edge into the lap edge of the front aluminum plate. Check whether the lap edges can be tightly joined. If not, find out the problem and deal with it as soon as possible. If the lap edges are fully engaged, use a manual bite device to temporarily engage the lap edges at intervals of 3m to prevent the plate ribs from popping out of the fixed seat under the action of internal stress.


Four, lock edge:


When biting the edge, pre-lock it with a manual splint device, mainly pre-lock the fixed seat to ensure that the supporting end of the fixed seat is buckled into the plate rib. After manual occlusion, carry out electric edge locking, which should be slow and continuous; Formal hemming shall be carried out slowly and continuously, and two people shall cooperate in hemming. One person shall check and stamp Al-Mg-Mn aluminum plate before to ensure tight bite, and the other person shall operate the hemming machine to lock the hemming, so as to ensure that the fixed seats are fully buckled into the plate ribs and ensure the wind resistance of the whole roof.
