The pressure transmitter, which adopts high-performance isolated diffused silicon sensor and international advanced manufacturing technology, has the robustness and reliability of similar imported transmitters and is suitable for the detection of gauge pressure, absolute pressure and negative pressure of corrosive media in various industrial fields. Generally speaking, the pressure transmitter is mainly composed of three parts: pressure sensor (also called pressure sensor), measuring circuit and process connector. It can convert the physical pressure parameters such as gas and liquid sensed by the pressure sensor into standard electrical signals (such as 4~20mADC, etc.), which can be supplied to secondary instruments such as indicator alarm, recorder and regulator for measurement, indication and process adjustment. Nowadays, the application of pressure transmission is very extensive. Because of the working environment, medium, medium temperature and other reasons, we must consider these problems when choosing pressure transmitter. Now I will talk about choosing pressure transmitter.
First, the liquid contact material
We should consider the medium measured by the pressure transmitter. Generally, the material of the contact medium part of the pressure transmitter is 316 stainless steel. If your medium is not corrosive to 316 stainless steel, then basically all pressure transmitters are suitable for you to measure the medium pressure.
Second, the accuracy level
Every kind of electronic measuring instrument will have accuracy error, but because the accuracy grade of the standard in different countries is different, for example, the accuracy of national standards such as China and the United States is the best part of the linearity of the sensor, that is, the accuracy between 10% and 90% of the measuring range; The accuracy of European standard is the worst part of linearity, that is, the accuracy between 0~10% and 90%~100% in the measurement. If the accuracy of European standard is 1%, the accuracy of China standard is 0.5%.
Third, the measuring range
Generally, the maximum range of sensor measurement is 70% of the full range of sensor, which means that to measure the pressure of 70bar now, we should choose the range of pressure transmitter as 100bar.
Fourth, output signals
At present, due to the needs of various acquisition, there are many kinds of output signals of pressure transmitters in the market, mainly 4~20mA, 0~20mA, 0~10V, etc., but 4~20mA and 0~10V are commonly used. Among these output signals mentioned above, only 4~20mA is a two-wire system (the output we are talking about is a multi-wire system without grounding or shielding wires).
Fifth, the medium temperature
Because the signal of the pressure transmitter is partially converted by electronic circuit, under normal circumstances, the temperature of the measuring medium of the pressure transmitter is -30~+100 degrees. If the temperature is too high, we usually use condensation bend to cool the medium, which will reduce the cost of making a high-temperature resistant pressure transmitter specially for you.
Sixth, measuring medium
Generally, we measure a relatively clean fluid, so we can use a standard pressure transmitter directly. If the medium you measure is easy to crystallize or viscous, we usually use an external diaphragm or use it together with a chemical seal, which will effectively prevent the medium from blocking the pressure measuring hole.
Seventh, others
After determining the above five parameters, we also need to confirm the process connection interface of your pressure transmitter and the power supply voltage of the pressure transmitter; If it is used in special occasions, explosion-proof and protection grade should be considered.
