Preparation before installation

(1) Unpack and check the attached certificate and the label on the slewing bearing to confirm that it is consistent with the selected model.

(2) Carefully check the appearance to confirm that the slewing support has not suffered great damage during transportation, such as serious rust, deformation, etc.; Confirm that there is no soft belt mark and gear runout position mark (gear requires quenching or customers have special requirements).

(3) The installation bracket should have sufficient stiffness to prevent the installation of the slewing support due to the insufficient steel of the bracket, resulting in deformation resulting in the slewing support not working normally.

(4) The installation plane must be clean and flat, without iron filings, raw edges or other debris, and the plane can meet the requirements of the following table (single volleyball type).

(5) The bolts that are suitable for the strength registration should be selected for the installation of the slewing support. Bolts and nuts shall meet the requirements of GB3098.1 and GB3098.2 standards, and spring washers are prohibited.
