All stainless steel flanges, floats, guide rods, support plates and bolts are made of stainless steel 304(1Cr18Ni9Ti). If 316 is required as the liquid contact material, the model is GD -LZB-( )Bo, which needs to be customized. If stainless steel-lined PTFE is needed, the model is GD -LZB-( )BF (or BoF), which needs to be customized.

Specification for use of glass rotor flowmeter
Glass rotor flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as flowmeter) is one of the instruments used to measure the flow of non-turbid liquid, gas and other single-phase media. The instrument has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and use, and low price. Mainly used in chemical industry, petroleum, light industry, medicine, chemical fertilizer, chemical fiber, electric power, metallurgy, food, sugar, fuel, paper, environmental protection and scientific research departments.
The measuring part of the instrument consists of a vertically installed glass conical tube and a float in the tube. The big end of the conical tube is upward, and the float moves up and down along the axis of the conical tube with the flow. When the fluid passes through the conical tube from bottom to top, due to the action of the fluid, the upper and lower end faces of the float generate a differential pressure, and the float rises under the action of this differential pressure.
When the rising force acting on the float is equal to the resultant force of gravity, buoyancy and viscous force on the float, the float is stable at a certain height. At this time, the height of the float in the conical tube has a corresponding relationship with the flow through it. This height is a measure of the flow. The conical tube is engraved with a flow scale, and the reading of the flowmeter reads the flow indication value according to the reading position shown in Figure 1.
The structure of glass rotor flowmeter can be divided into three types according to different calibers: dial type, replaceable type and fixed type.
(1) Before installing the instrument, carefully check whether the glass tube is damaged, take out the filler to prevent the float from jumping, and check whether the float can slide freely up and down.
(2) The flowmeter must be installed vertically on the pipeline (the big end of the conical tube is upward), and the flow direction is from bottom to top. The piping system for installing the flowmeter shall have sufficient rigidity, and the flowmeter shall not be twisted vigorously during installation.
(3) In order to facilitate observation and maintenance, sufficient space shall be reserved during installation.
(4) If there is backflow in the pipeline, especially when there is water hammer, in order to prevent the flowmeter from being damaged, a one-way check valve should be installed behind the downstream valve of the flowmeter. In order to facilitate inspection, maintenance, replacement of flowmeter and cleaning of pipeline, it is recommended to install bypass pipe according to Figure 5.
(5) When the measured fluid contains larger particulate matter or is dirty, a filter should be installed upstream of the flowmeter.
(6) When the measured fluid is pulsating flow, so that the fluctuation of the float cannot be measured, a buffer or a constant value device with appropriate size should be installed upstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the pulsation.
(7) When used to measure gas, in order to make the instrument work stably, the pressure at the outlet end of the flowmeter should not be too low. The valve upstream of the flowmeter should be fully opened, and the valve downstream of the flowmeter should be used to adjust the flow, and this valve should not be too far away from the outlet of the flowmeter.
