What are the characteristics of shock-resistant pressure gauges?

The vibration-resistant pressure gauge is suitable for places with severe vibration in the environment, and can withstand the pulsation, impact and sudden unloading of the medium, and the instrument indication is stable and clear. It has good anti-vibration performance and is widely used in machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, electric power and other departments.


The vibration-resistant pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, gas, steam and other media without explosion danger, crystallization, solidification and corrosion to copper alloy. Damping liquid is filled in the shell of the vibration-resistant pressure gauge to relieve the external environmental vibration, and dampers are arranged at the interface, and the pulsating medium enters the elastic sensitive element after being filtered by the dampers, so as to ensure the normal operation of the vibration-resistant pressure gauge and the accurate reading of the observer.

The instrument consists of pressure guide system (including connector, spring tube, etc.), gear transmission mechanism, indicator (including pointer and dial) and shell (including watch case, watch cover, sealing washer and watch glass). The shell is airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal mechanism from environmental influence and pollution immersion. For the anti-vibration instrument, it can still resist the dramatic vibration of the working environment and the pulsation of the measured pressure.


In view of the reasonable overall structural design and fine technology, the instrument has good stability and high durability. The working principle of the instrument is the same as that of the general pressure gauge and the anti-vibration pressure gauge.   


Shock-resistant pressure gauges, shock-resistant pressure gauges and YN series shock-resistant pressure gauges are new products developed according to the actual needs of China's industry on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology. The instrument relies on measures such as filling damping liquid (silicone oil and glycerin) internally, installing damping tubes, resistors and buffer screws to overcome the damage caused by strong medium pulse and strong environmental vibration, and ensure the measurement, so that the instrument has excellent shock-resistant and shock-resistant effects, thus achieving safety, reliability, stable and clear indication.

Anti-seismic pressure gauges and anti-seismic pressure gauges are suitable for places where the environment is violently vibrated, and can withstand the pulsation, impact and sudden unloading of the medium, and the instrument indication is stable and clear. Widely used in machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, electric power and other departments to measure the pressure of non-corrosive media for copper and copper alloys.

How to choose diaphragm pressure gauge


Diaphragm pressure gauge refers to a pressure gauge with metal corrugated diaphragm as elastic element. Under the pressure, the measured working medium directly acts on the elastic diaphragm, and the diaphragm elastically deforms upward (measuring positive pressure) or downward (measuring negative pressure), and the gear shaft of the movement is driven to rotate by the connecting rod mechanism fixed in the center of the diaphragm, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.


Diaphragm pressure gauge material selection:


Diaphragm pressure gauges are made of stainless steel, copper alloy and stainless steel lined with PTFE.


When it is used to measure the pressure of non-corrosive medium to copper and copper alloy, the temperature of the medium is in the range of -25℃~55℃, and the diaphragm material can be copper alloy.


When used to measure the pressure of a corrosive medium, suitable stainless steel materials should be selected according to the corrosiveness of the medium.


When used to measure the pressure of strongly corrosive medium, stainless steel PTFE material can be selected.


Determination of accuracy grade:


The accuracy grade of diaphragm pressure gauge reflects the accuracy of indicating value close to the real value when the measured meter is compared with the standard.


Accuracy of diaphragm pressure gauge = absolute value of the maximum basic error of the tested meter ÷ upper limit ratio of measurement ×100%.


The commonly used precision grade series of diaphragm pressure gauges are: 1.6; Level 2.5.


The method of selecting the accuracy grade of pressure gauge: the accuracy grade should be determined according to the requirements of production technology, economy and practicality, detection method and the allowable error required by the minimum value of the measured pressure.


Choice of mileage:


When measuring the stable pressure, the maximum working pressure should not exceed 2/3 of the range.


When measuring pulsating pressure, the maximum working pressure should not exceed 1/2 of the range.


When measuring high pressure, the maximum working pressure should not exceed 3/5 of the range.


In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the minimum working pressure should not be less than 1/3 of the measuring range. According to the above principles, after calculating a value according to the measured maximum pressure, select a value slightly larger than this value from the range series of pressure gauges as the selected range.


Dial diameter:


Nominal shell diameter (mm) series: φ 100 and φ 150;


In order to facilitate the staff to read the pressure gauge value, the dial diameter of the general pressure gauge should not be too small. If the pressure gauge is installed relatively high, or it is far away from the measurement site, then it is best to choose a pressure gauge with a relatively large diameter.


Determination of installation form:


According to the actual requirements of installation, the installation form of diaphragm pressure gauge is determined. The installation form of diaphragm pressure gauge has two types: threaded type and flange type.
